While against the rules for a good reason, it’s also the sort of thing that gives a very, very small advantage at most (and probably no advantage in the big scheme of things). Saying they need to vacate a title because they were using hookers to recruit is a big difference from, say, the whole team being on PEDs or having wider hoops on their end of the court or something.
