Should More Murder Suspects Die During Arrests

You mean like OJ Simpson

Seriously, this is the idea behind anti-abortion violence. Kill them without trial, conviction and legal execution. Bad idea.

The point ? All countries’ forces can get guns in their hands pretty quickly. Or even call in the Army. But New Zealand police do not routinely carry guns as Boffking was saying.

As to the proposition, I fear America would become accustomed to murder and violence.

No, but I’m not sure about threads which are exact copies of city-data threads.

The OP has also claimed to be a support of Ted Cruz in 2016, with Marco Rubio a close second.

I absolutely was. I formed a Facebook group called “liberal Democrats for Ted Cruz.”

I get the impression that the OP is not calling so much for “faking” incidents to kill suspects, but rather, secretly hoping that more suspects resist cops with violence and get killed and “do society a favor” as a result, or something like that.

I give up. What is Charles Manson’s or David Berkowitz’s value to society?

Their continued existence is proof that society values and respects the rule of law, would be one obvious answer.

To be fair he was white which means at least attempt not to shoot him

Beings, whether vile and wicked or little saints are not created to live on the sufferance of value. In nature they simply are.
Certainly you or the state can kill them; but not on the grounds they don’t add to your existence.

Minimal at best. They’re murderous scumbags who have contributed negatively to society.

Now it’s your turn to answer a question. What is the Rule of Law’s value to society?

Did you miss the post where Charles Manson was caught because another murderer wasn’t shot on sight and provided the evidence to get Manson?

Here’s the post from Little Nemo:

If we can figure out why those people did want they did, we might maybe figure out a way to stop other people from doing it (though I’m not holding my breath).

That dog was a black Lab. The breed is so ferocious that it probably wanted all of those people dead anyway. They are a very dangerous breed; even attack with their tail.

The rule of law is based upon reason and common sense. Not upon what is politically correct at the moment. When you say they should get a trial should it degenerate into the kind of theater that the Manson trial became? So how much due process?

All of it.

All due process. And then some more.

Manson was convicted. He was sentenced to death. Theater or not, rule of law worked as intended.

If it worked as intended, why is he still alive?

Regards,
Shodan

Because the law changed. Duh.
