I wrote, “It hasn’t been published yet and the Obama WH may yet trade something to prevent the suit from being filed” because that’s what I meant to say. Please feel free to publish your own opinions. I’m not sure how many “ogsend” Obama will need but I’ll be happy to give him mine. If I could just find it. I think it’s around here somewhere? ---

I hope Congress wins the suit. “It is the finding of this court that President Obama has failed to execute the specifics of the ACA, and as remediation for this injustice, the healthcare mandate and all related penalties and taxes shall go into effect immediately for both businesses and individuals. Congratulations to the Republicans on their mighty victory.” Boehner: “We won! We won! In your face!
