# Should sigs be automatic?

This may seem like a dumb idea, but why don’t you just have each user choose his own sig preferences? For instance, Poster A wants his sig as a default all the time, so have a box he can check that lets him do that. Poster B wants her sig OFF all the time, so have a box she can check to do that. Poster C wants to put his sig on sometimes but not other times, so have a box for that. Maybe it could look something like this:

\_\_\_ Automatically have sig follow post all the time

\_\_\_ Manually choose when to post sig

\_\_\_ Automatically have no sig all the time  
Would this work, or is the software too stubborn to do this?
