> Replacing “I’m going to vote for Donald Trump” to “I’m going to drive the car we’re both in off a bridge because I think it’ll save time on our commute” is more than a little bit instructive of this logic. Not saying you’re wrong, but it does _not_ reflect well on that “other side”.
>
> It’s hard to blame _Clinton_ when her opponent was easily the most dishonest candidate ever, and people still listed “I don’t trust Clinton” as a reason they voted for Trump. At a certain point, the blame must reasonably be given to the people who were fooled, and to the people doing the fooling.

(Could you rephrase your first paragraph? Please. It’s difficult to read, and somewhat confusing. Thanks in advance.)

It’s hard to blame Hillary:
-when the polls, LSM, pundits, and the internet constantly assured the public that Hillary can’t lose.
-when social groupspeak had convinced you that Hillary couldn’t lose.
-when you chose to ignore all of her faults.
-when you worship her.

The Democrat collective chose to attack fellow Democrats (aka Bernie supporters). Hillary sure could have used those votes. Oh well, no sense whining over sour grapes.

I see you’re not a Democrat.

A sufficient number of your fellow citizens disagreed with you.

> I think only a small minority of Trump’s ventures failed. I’d say his success to failure ratio is rather impressive when it comes to private business. Not that this necessarily implies how well he’ll do as President.

Warren Buffett and others disagree with you.

[Proof Warren Buffett is right about Donald Trump being a lousy investor](http://www.marketwatch.com/story/buffett-puts-money-on-monkey-to-outperform-trump-as-an-investor-2016-08-02)

Check out the link where the calculation is done that determines that Trump has _underperformed_ the real estate market by 57% since 1976.
