# Should the USA have black states?

Regarding racism as it relates to police brutality/murder/etc. Arguably, the worst police depart in the United States is the [Puerto Rico PD](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puerto_Rico_Police#Controversies). I doubt racism is a factor there.

As a black man I know I am not accepted or respected here in the US. I would gladly move or live in an all black state. Try being a black man in a speedo and going to the beach with all whites, I definitely stand out and get stares. Too much black skin for them all. Wouldn’t happen if the beach was all black.
