Should we care what other people care about? sorry not everyone’s interests fall on your list of what is acceptable ---

As others have said, there is no should about it. It human nature that many people do care about celebrities, and the media caters to those people. This isn’t a new phenomenon, and has been going on for hundreds if not thousands of years. Asking this is like asking whether we should find fart jokes funny. ---

Isn’t celebrity aping a bit of sympathetic magic? If you dress like a Kardashian, act like a Kardashian, maybe you are (almost) a Kardashian?
