I have never watched The Bachelor or shows of that ilk and I couldn’t tell you anything about Lifetime’s schedule except they show Frasier reruns sometimes but I haven’t missed an episode of Unreal. It’s about the behind the scenes of a Bachelor type show called Everlasting. It may be because I’m a sucker for TV Shows about TV Shows but even though I am not this show’s demo I am hooked. What shows do you enjoy that you can’t believe you like? ---

I never watch reality shows, but if Naked and Afraid is on, and I’ve got nothing else to watch, I’ll stick around for an episode or two. I think what I like about it is that the entire thing, from meeting your partner to finishing the challenge is all resolved in one episode so you don’t have to stick around for an entire season (with cliffhangers) to see how it ends. ---

Special Victims Unit. It’s ridiculous and over the top, and the detectives are a judgmental and preachy lot…but damned if I can’t stop watching. And for me it’s better the worse it gets. The gritty and less off the wall earlier seasons just don’t do it for me.
