I like the blue and yellow bowl, **FCM**
I got paid today too, and it’s not a pretty paycheck this week.
Nice house **Rosie** , a bit modern for me. I don’t know why I am attracted to old houses. I like the darker wood in them as well.
The house I’m putting the contract in on isn’t much to look at from the outside but the inside is nice. One upstairs bedroom is built in shelves and drawers all the way around. The house is white with black shutters and a bright red door. Even if the paint on the door wasn’t peeling I’d have to have it painted.

The bat? I didn’t do a bat… 😕
We were without cable (ergo, internet and phone) for about half an hour. I was just about to get twitchy!! But it’s back, so I’m good. I took advantage of the down time to make the bed. Then I refilled Higgs’ food bucket. Is the intrarwebz keeping me from being productive???

**FCM** , my daughter and I liked many of your pieces; she really liked the blue and yellow bowl and I thought the monster on the 2nd page was really cute. 🙂 I liked the nobby pieces too, and we both thought that some of them would make really good cookie jars.
I fixed french toast this morning, using the rest of a loaf of cinnamon swirl raisin bread and I’m here to tell you that was some good stuff! I think the bread was just stale enough that it was great for making french toast with, plus the swirls of cinnamon and (bonus!) raisins just made the perfect french toast. Well, at least for this morning!
A bit of a rant here … you know, you come across just about anything on the Internet, and last night I happened upon an anti-Pioneer Woman page. I will not post a link to it though, that’s how bad I thought it was. The posters (it included a forum) just tore apart every little piece of her blogs, including her family and even the dogs. First, I had to wonder just who would spend their time doing something like that, and then why put it out there?! I felt like I needed to douse my head in bleach or something after seeing just a bit of the negativity. Ya know, if you put out negative thoughts, etc., they will come back to you. Whew, got that off of my chest.
Well, glad today is **FIRDAY** , even though as a retired person it doesn’t mean the same thing to me any longer. 😃 Hope everyone has a good day today!

I agree with redoing the interior; How about we each get a room to do up the way we like, and everyone else has to live with it. (I like “Mid-20th Century Modern” also known as “Retro Chic”)

That works too. You went for drama - I was thinking more along the lines of horror movie. Still, good job!
\*\*tarra \*\*- nothing in this batch is big enough to be a cookie jar - most of the pieces are 3 or 4" tall. They’re better suited to be pencil holders or merely works of art to collect dust on a shelf. 😃
I’ve got 2 packages ready to go, and the third will be packed shortly. So quit distracting me!!! 😛
