Well that was an interesting ride! I rolled up on a trailside code; AED conversion (from the PD); he was spitting blood when he was loaded into the back of the bus. ( **Bobbio** can translate if it sounds like a furrin langawitch.)
Monitor is on the guy, medic is sticking him in one arm, EMT’s getting O[sub]2[/sub] setup, nurse setting up the other arm & I’m spiking the bag & a self-described “physician” is asking if he has a pulse. He came real close to getting himself arrested cause he wouldn’t shut up & back up. Idjit!!!

Planting is done, new plantings have been fed, and they’re now being watered. I just finished lunch. I may or may not do some weeding. Not sure how lazy I want to be. 😃
I may go buy some more strawberries and make a pie…

I had a code one time where this woman had esophageal cancer, and it apparently eroded to the point an artery blew. She was dead before she hit the floor, but we still had to do the code swimming in her blood. There was no happy ending to the call.

There is a strawberry pie cooling on the counter. It will go into the fridge shortly. There’s french vanilla ice cream to top it. So we’ve got dessert. Now I just need to figure out supper.

Howdy Y’all! We spent some time out by the cee-mint pond all to ourselves. I like havin’ folks over but at times I just want it to be OYKW and me. We’re in now and all showered. We have tstorms allegedly movin’ in within the hour. We shall see.

**Spidey** it’s steep. Real steep. Not ready yet even steep.
I have some burgers made up for dindin. Burgers with fixin’s and chips will be dindin. Fast, easy, and tasty just like how I like my men.

Supper will be a brat for **FCD** , a hot dog for me, our respective twice-baked N.O.T.s (his with pepper cheese, mine with swiss), and some fresh green beans - maybe sauteed? Pie with ice cream for dessert. Done and done. 😃

My package came today.
I bought a new dress for myself, all silk and on sale for $28 marked down from $147. Sah-son got his new hoodie as well.
I need to call my niece and I hate awkward phone calls but the gift card she gave Sah-son for his birthday has already been used. I don’t know if she didn’t know or maybe she meant to reload it or maybe it was a re-gift. I kind of don’t want to tell her but I probably should.
My mother and her bf came home yesterday. Her bf looks rough, he’s lost a lot of weight and seems tired. He asked me to hem some pants for him and then offered to pay me. I told him no he doesn’t have to pay me. I can sit here and hem them while I’m working and waiting for the phone to ring. I’ll do it by hand since my machine and all the accessories are all over the place because the HFH moved everything.
It was quiet here for a while, I told the HFH off on Monday and I wasn’t nice. They have been staying away from me, until today. Then the female HFH started her shit, I had a mini blowup and I told my mother this is enough. They need to leave, nobody invited them here, nobody wants them here, they aren’t showing any respect to anybody here including my mother, they need to go.
Do the squid have to be alive **Bobbio**? Is frozen or fried ok?

Waiting to get the contract in on the house, we need a pre-approval letter.

Supper was YUM!!! We’ll have pie later.
I’m going to visit my mom on June 12 - I’ve got stuff to take to her and for my sister, and Mom and I need to go over some of our trip details. It’s easier to do in person than on the phone.
Today was productive - I transplanted a bunch of liriope and some hostas, I fed and watered my new plantings, I did 3 loads of laundry, and I made a yummy pie and yummy supper. Knittage will ensue later. And best of all, I was able to leave the house open all day. Yay! 😃

I was watching OMG! EMT! one night.
They went to do a wellness check on an elderly man and found him dead on the floor. He was grey, no pulse, dead.
Until he sat up and asked them what they were doing in his house. Scared the EMTs so bad that one of them ran into the wall and knocked himself out.
I wennt to take a sip of coke and I see a bubble in my glass. Then I notice the bubble has legs, and the bubble is swimming. Then I see two more bubbles swimming in my glass.
I hate ants!

We have supped. I allowed OYKW to man the grill while I fried bacon (fully clothed thankyewverymuch) for bacon cheezeburgers. He does great on the grill but cannot fry bacon. I swear, he tries and the bacon is either burned or soggy. Weird. So anywho we had all the fixin’s for burgers and we had chips. We have watermelon for later on if we desire.
Oh and the sunshine is pourin’ down outside. No sign of rain. At all.

When I was over my friends house the other night her neighbor stopped by and found a tick crawling up her arm.
Before my friend could get the rubbing alcohol I grabbed the tick and ripped it in half.
I hate ticks, the worst being that after you find one you think you feel them crawling all over you.
I’m getting hungry, I have some left over shrimp and maybe a cinnamon roll afterwards.
