# Shutting down of Blitz USA (Gasoline Can Manufacturer): Tort Hell or Justice?

The lawsuit didn’t solve anything. You can’t pour gasoline on a fire without igniting the can. The flash arrestor is for a vapor flashback event, not fuel poured from the can.

Legislatures can be “influenced.” A jury is fearless and uncorruptible.
