Palin/Hannity 2012. I love it. We can only dream.
The only thing better would be O’Reilly/Hannity. I’d happily vote for O’Reilly in the primaries just to see his concession speech when it’s all over. Extra points if McCain walks up to him and slaps him across the room.
Palin/Bachmann* just might give enough Republicans nightmares for them to force the crazies in the GOP out for good.
*(Michele “Crazy-Eyes” Bachmann is in the House, not the Senate, so that’s a little unconventional. She also has the aspect of a fell specter like unto the gorgons whose glance renders humans into stone.)
But you have to wonder if the mainstream GOP is lost in the wilderness, or standing on a streetcorner screaming about ‘Real America’ and government death squads.
The latest thing I’m seeing popping up on Free Republic is Cheney/Palin.
I wish I were joking.
Also, his stated goal was to run for presidential nomination twice (as a Democrat and as a Republican) and lose.
Maybe some party needs a ticket composed entirely of former entertainers. Al Franken has shown an ability to get elected and, on the other side of the chasm, Ben Stein isn’t completely insane.
I think the Franken/Stein ticket could have some real legs.
