Um, was the Warning you linked to in the OP changed? Because it’s a direct response to **colander** ’s comment and doesn’t even mention you.

Yeah, that had me confused until I read enough of _this_ thread. Marley23 not only revised, then totally reversed his ruling (as I agree it should have been in the first place) – He also used his super-duper moderator powers to re-write history.
It would have been clearer to all if he had expressed his evolving sentiments in one (or several) additional posts, rather than just re-writing the original warning post.

No no no, the evil copies had beards, and\* this\* Marley is obviously the good one. That means that he’s from the alternate universe and we’re in the… oh… shit… wrong universe. But that does begin to explain a lot.

Bravo, FinnAgain. That was a great lesson of mod-jitsu.
It should be fun for the opponents to look at the proponents’ posts and systematically report infractions to these new, well-intentioned but overly broad rules.
Remember, if you say something about sexual interaction with someone, even some off-board person, who hasn’t communicated that they want that sexual interaction, you’re talking about sexual assault.

IANAMod, but yes, and yes, respectively. **colander** made a sexual remark about another Doper. Originally **Marley23** warned **FinnAgain** for making it personal, changed that to warning both, and changed it to only warning **colander**.
Kudoes to **Marley23** \* for his flexibility, IMO.
