# Signatures

Why can’t we do any of these in signatures:

Allow Color BB Code No  
Allow Size BB Code No  
Allow Font BB Code No

Generally, the rule is there because we don’t want signatures to be so distracting that they take focus away from the thread they are posted in.

There are a few people around here that are absolutely triggered by sigs like “regards, [username]”. How do you think they’d react if it was in giant rainbow letters in comic sans font?

I wouldn’t like that either, for that matter. Sometimes there’s a nice charm in simplicity.
