Why the hell did people go off on Tony for his OP? You can be a slut for one person and that’s more than okay. Being a slut for more than one is a ho. He just picked a ho to be a slut for. Happens to the best of us. ---

His post, and yours, reek of double standard (she’s a slut for sleeping with him right away, but no mention of him being a slut in his OP) and he was being ridiculously obtuse. She demonstrated that she was a cheater the entirety of their relationship, yet he was suddenly alarmed at her being…a cheater. If a guy tells me he loves me and would never hurt me, but continuously slaps me around he’s still abusive no matter what he says. It is action, not words that you should pay attention to. But then I think if guys actually want casual sex, they should stop ‘ho’ and ‘slut’ shaming. But, then again, guys who use phrases the way you do are actually helpful, you show us that you are not the kind of guy that we should sleep with because that makes us a ‘slut’. ---

Rather than being sluts on the first date and staying slutty by going home together and further slutty throughout 27 years of marriage I see now that I should have been a humourless bitter internet warrior making snap character judgements about people I hardly know based on a word or two. My two happily married children are no doubt so ashamed of me. ---
