Is witnessing allowed in custom titles? And isn’t that what posting a bible verse is, more or less? ---

One can make allusions to the bible without witnessing. Witnessing is attempting to convert. He’s also a school teacher. ---

I noticed it and while not a fan (of the title) it doesn’t annoy me. I have been known to make Biblical-sounding quotes now and then but I usually attribute them to Dalmatians - Chapter 4, verse 2. Since I knew the actual quote it struck me in a negative fashion but not to the level I would call jerkish. ---
