Must be the case, as few others seem to get it either. Allow me to try again: The situation is that everything we do, we have to do two or more times because of other ppl’s neglect or incompetence. Turn in paperwork with some agency, nope, gotta file it again. Something’s taken care of? Nope, gotta call and sort it out again. ---
