I want to change my Windows Startup sound to a different .wav. How can I do this? I went to the desktop theme menu under control panel, but it won’t let me change the file. Do I have to make a desktop theme for this small change? And if so, how?

No, you dont have to create a whole new theme…it should be as simple as…My computer \> control panel \> sounds&multimedia \> select ‘window start’ sound and change it to whatever .wav file you like 🙂
