What about in ‘Sideshow Mayor’, when he meets Bart and Lisa to tell them to ‘follow the votes’, ala Deep Throat. Good point. We have the political factor to consider. I must say, though, that I really like the idea of it being Mr. Burns. The epsode could end with Burns and Smithers pledging their undying love for each other and running off to Boston for a quickie wedding. ---

Karl and Brad Goodman would make a nice couple. ---

Re: Patty. She dated Principal Skinner for a short while, but had to break up with him due to the fact that she shared a “special bond” with her twin sister. This is right after he [proposed](http://www.snpp.com/episodes/7F15.html) to her.
