Did the communists kill surfers and burn down surf shops?
No, I answered everything. You’re too stupid to understand what lots of other people understood just fine.
No he wasn’t.

Because it’s not a lie ?
That hardly made it “important”; they did sort of thing for any number of reasons.
Communism suppressed religion because Communism suppressed everything but Communism. Thus the term “totalitarianism”.
Yes, Hitler was Christian, behaving in a fashion fairly common among Christians historically, killing people who are traditional Christian victims.
Were the bad guys in Top Secret! communists? I don’t think they ever said. My analogy suggested a comparison between Atheists and Surfers. Because you’re not smart enough I’ll give you the cliffs notes. Atheists share nothing in common but a disbelief in god. No culture, no language, no organization membership. Communists eschewed religion because they wanted control. They also eschewed surfing because they didn’t have beaches conducive to hanging ten.
So they don’t believe in god and they don’t surf. In your opinion, are all non surfers morally culpable for the communist atrocities of the twentieth century?
You really are stupid. It’s sad that you think you’re smart.
No, you spouted gibberish and claimed answers by fiat.
He said he was. What are the requirements to be a christian? I’m pretty sure there isn’t a test. So please, stop lying, stop your bullshit embracing of ignorance and stop posting for fuck sake. It’s painful to watch.
Making Christianity look good. If you don’t, then you aren’t a “true” Christian. Or were lying about being Christian. Or something. We can’t admit that Christians ever do bad things, now can we ?
So I guess Mswas isn’t a Christian then. Because they wouldn’t want such an idiot swinging from their trees.
Another lie, considering no one ever said that.
IIRC, compulsory tithing was the law in Germany for some time before Hitler. A German citizen was offered the choice of tithing to the Catholic Church, or the Lutheran. By such, one became offically Catholilc, whether one went to Mass or no. So, Hitler was offiically Catholic, though entirely non-observant. (Understatement of the Year Award…)
Actually, both Hitler and Stalin were Satanists. For all practical purposes, at any rate.
Note to** Lobo**: Just because Charlie doesn’t surf, doesn’t mean all Communists don’t.
I just had an experience with my two year old that was very reminiscent of dealing with you. She didn’t understand what the words, “The juice is all gone.”, meant and she wandered around asking for more juice. We tried to explain that there was no juice, but she thought we were holding out on her. Unfortunately you’re not as cute as two year old.
And if I had said that I was quoting that, you might actually have a point. But I didn’t, so you don’t.
Did you read a single fucking thing about World War II? Like at all?
Part of the ‘totality’ of communism was being atheist.
Hitler tried to make his own religion which was completely distinct from Christianity.
I mean God, you are arguing against basics man.
Yeah. In fact I was expecting someone to mention Cuba. I even had a smarmy reply ready.
But what I’m sayin’ is the fact that communists were atheist has zero bearing on other atheists. Atheism isn’t an affirmative stance. It’s a rejection to the theory presented by religion.
Hitler at least acted in quite the Christian fashion, which is why he had plenty of religiously motivated support from Christians. Opposing “godless” Communism and killing Jews is VERY Christian.
Whatever made you think that Christianity is a nice religion ? It got where it is today by force. By bloodshed and tyranny, the kind Hitler was known for.
First off what I’m doing is *plenty *cute.
Second off, you’re a coward who can’t face a logical argument.
The communists were atheist only in that they didn’t believe in a God. But they did believe in the dialectic. Communism was a cult; just because the thing it worshiped didn’t have an anthropomorphic personification doesn’t mean it didn’t worship.
I faced logical arguments. What I couldn’t face was being asked the same question over and over again as though each new rewording of the same dumbass question was new and insightful.
I answered everything you asked, and other people who are not you understood it just fine.
So if the problem is me, how come others understood me but you didn’t?
**Bosstone **even broke it down incredibly simply for you, and at that point the thread was concluded, the OP had been answered and that was that.
Quibble! Got a quibble, over here!
Hitler was just about the least mystical human being ever born, outside of Ayn Rand. His contempt for such was legendary amongst those who knew him. He enjoyed and employed the whole mythos of the Aryan Valkyerie Wagnerian Crapola, but found it more useful than sacred. He believed his racial theories to be demonstrable fact, the Aryans were more evolved, they were not Chosen by Anybody. As far as he was concerned, he was an entirely rational man, operating on principles of science and reason. Like, for instance, eugenics.
Like the stories about his dependence on astrologers, this was largely a reflection of Himmler’s fascination with “the Occult”, Goebbels and Hitler mostly let him have his way so that he wouldn’t bug them about it.
Oh, and he was a bigot.
And they actively persecuted religion. Don’t forget that part.
Sort of like Christianity did to every non-Christian religion until the modern age. Shit they even actively persecuted Christians, like the 4th crusade that ended up in Constantinople and the Cathars.
To spell it out, they (communists) attacked other systems of belief like the Catholics did.
A sure sign of the holocaust is the diasppearance of the juice, by the way.
