# Single old guy, 41, will hold infants...

I don’t do marriage and I’m not feeling any compulsion to reproduce in person, but I find newborn babies irresistably cute and wish I could hold them a lot more often.

It is so tragic that the world is such that folks worry about creepy intentions and depravities, for unfortunately good reasons I guess, which makes it a seldom occurrence.  
Free babysitting in the NY area. References on request.

Well, I don’t do marriage either but I’m thinking of having a child… but that’s another thread that I’ll post soon. Anyway, lot’s of people love to hold and cuddle babies; nothing weird about that. But speaking of folks worried about stupid shit; my sister-in-law has recently confessed to my brother that she doesn’t want me around “her” children because I am bi.

Apparently, she has the (erroneous) idea that all “gay” or “bi” people are also pedophiles. Isn’t life just grand sometimes? FWIW, my sister does NOT have this problem. She is completely comfortable leaving her children with me; hell, she can’t get out of the house fast enough!

Byz? A child? I’m teary at the prospect! I feel so sappy! Soory–didn’t mean to hijack.

For what it’s worth, AHunter3, you can hold my babies (when I have some) all you want! A man who gets weak in the knees when it comes to babies is a wonderful thing!

And I agree with evilbeth; I’m always thrilled with folks who really, honestly love children!
