Intriguing question. Up until today, I would have asked for a coffee grinder, but my best friend and neighbor just decided out of the blue to gift me with one today. So… hmmm… I need a new printer for my artwork, so perhaps a Canon PIXMA MG2520 Inkjet All-in-One Printer (at US$ 39.00) would fit the bill. A pony would cost too much, right? ---

I want the Laura Mercier Artist’s Palette for Eyes 2013. It was limited edition (sold out online, might still be in some Sephora stores) but I’m getting really into makeup and would love to have some quality eyeshadows. I’ve looked at Stila, Urban Decay, theBalm, etc. and I think this palette is the perfect combo of colors for my hair/eyes/skin tone. It’s frivolous, it’s under $50, and it’s for me… pleeease, Santa? 🙂 ---

If we can be frivolous, and the gift is personal, I’d like a tin of Paul Olsson’s “My Own Blend No. 111” pipe tobacco. It cannot be sourced locally, and my past experiences with it have been from friends who have been kind enough to bring me back a tin from Europe. It has the sweetness of Virginia, tampered with the bitterness of Louisiana Perique, in just the right proportions. Perfect for a winter’s night by the fire with a good book. ---

A [lotus soap mold](http://www.brambleberry.com/Guest-Lotus-Mold-P5615.aspx), though if it has not been used for soapmaking it can be used for cooking. Make that 2 of them, one for soap, one for cooking. That would be $13. A [custom corzetti stamp](http://theitaliandishblog.com/imported-20090913150324/2010/1/29/corzetti-italian-pasta-discs.html), or the proper wood to make one [mrAru is very adept at carving] - the wood would probably still be under the limit. and a small bottle of [nag champa](http://www.brambleberry.com/Nag-Champa-Fragrance-Oil-P3863.aspx) for scenting my soap. ---

Another keyboard. With lights and an actual, noticeable upslope (that means the part with the numbers keys is higher than the space bar, mkay? I swear some are the other way 'round). One of those screens which tell you who’s talking on teamspeak would be a plus. ---
