No - case does not matter. Just periods at the end of answers, or spaces, or extra words in parentheses - things like that.
For example, I will already have to change answers to match each other when they are spelled differently, or worded differently. Like Ross and Rachel, Rachel and Ross, Ross & Rachel - they are all different spellings of the same answer. So when I already have to modify those types of answers, and then it’s just extra work to edit out the periods and stuff.
