A toughie for me, too. I love them both, and they both have their faults. Seinfeld went on for one season too long, and had that horrible finale. I’m also one of those people who thought the M_A_SH finale was substandard. And even though I’m a bleeding heart liberal through and through, a couple of M_A_SH episodes were just too preachy and obvious for me. So, because it was a pure comedy through and through (“No hugging, no learning”): \*\* Seinfeld\*\* ---

**Seinfeld** I think the other is a better show, overall, but if I’m honest about which one I’d watch given the two options, this is the one I’d more likely choose. ---

And there’s the horn…about sixteen hours ago. Anyway, I’ve tallied the scores, and despite making a strong second-half effort, the title of 2008 Least Objectionable Sitcom EVAR goes to: M_A_S\*H! Final score: **M_A_S\*H 28** , Seinfeld 24 Congrats to Hawkeye, Hot Lips, Radar, Klinger, the late Lt. Col. Henry Blake, BJ, Trapper John and the rest of the 4077 wise-crackers.
