It seemed to me – for some reason that even I’m not sure of, now – that aceplace wasn’t comfortable using “flour” as a plural, so I was trying to give them an “out” by stating “flours” was a verb. Why? I’unno; seemed helpful. I’ve had a cheeseburger since then and have seen the error of my ways.
