I don’t know Skald personally. I don’t read his hypotheticals, but I think he has a lot of good things to say on other subjects. I don’t know if the subject was brought up in the other Skald rape pit thread, but isn’t possible that Skald himself was a victim of some sort of sexual abuse, and that would explain his interest in the subject as well as why he attends some sort of support group? ---

What I can’t understand is exactly who people think are doing these rapes? Because essentially what they’re saying is that there is some horrible person in prison, and that horrible person in prison deserves a victim he can rape. Because all of those guys in the prison already? They are exactly the same sort of person these people are wanting to get raped, they just have lower profile cases. Chortling over a rapist having a new victim strikes me as pretty reprehensible, even if I could understand chuckling over the rape in the first place (and I can’t). ---

Okay **splatterpunk** - apologies for wrongfully omitting the ‘punk’. Post #11 was a joke. Based on the OP’s plea, and the existence of the other thread here of similar nature. Though I’m am aware that it was **Myrnalene** waving the sock thing and not you, FTR and to those who care for an answer, I am not a sock. \*\* AqualungBats5th\*\*, really, I wasn’t playing dumb. I AM that dumb. I wasn’t answering _for_ \*\*Skald \*\*- see paragraph 2. **BigT** , I must be much better than I think I am. I _was_ joking about having ever dated _and_ getting into a fight. (As was **Skald**. Obviously.) **jsgoddess** , I would say that I was less an indignant troll, than a confused idiot with a throwaway line or two, no mint, and no money. And just to make the confession complete, for those that seem to find me capable of the inflammatory and duplicitous acts of trolling, and/or being a sock, I had to look the terms up to know what they mean.
