> I’m a fat girl who wears them sometimes. They’re good tucked into boots and make a lot more sense than trying to jam a bootcut or flare into my already snug boot shafts. I’m hourglass shaped and don’t mind that the style makes my hips look bigger- I like my hips and it’s not like I look like I’m a size 4 in flare jeans either.

OK, you don’t know me and I swear I am not a total jerk but I remember this old thread (because I hate pants with any kind of flare). I can’t help but mention it if only to point out that fashions _always_ come back around. Once everyone starts mocking some type of clothing it means it is about to come back in style…

> I agree with the mom jeans thing- super high rise are just as bad as those damn peg-leg jeans/skinny jeans. They look good on NO ONE. In fact, the higher rise jeans (including LB’s “low rise”) make my gut look bigger and rounder.

Personally I like skinny jeans but what I like even more is to let people wear whatever they want and not worry about it.

High waisted jeans are due to be the next big thing.
