I don’t see the hypocrisy here. While endorsing such a viewpoint will indeed turn off persons who don’t subscribe to such a worldview. As for the bigots themselves- if they want to throw away all their Nike’s because Nike doesn’t support gay bashing, I couldn’t begin to care. There will come a day when there won’t be a shoe seller or other retailer willing to endorse their viewpoint outside of Saudi Arabia. It’s why it’s so amusing to me that they hate fundy Muslims so much. I mean, they’re practically identical.
