I have agreed to go over to the church house in a little while to accomplish some mowage. See, we are now takin’ care of the whole church yahd due to the unreliability of the yahd service that was takin’ care of the “front forty.” So I shall assist with front forty mowage this evenin’ and others on the mowin’ crew shall take care of the back forty tomorrow mornin’. Nobody wants to spend most of a Sattidy mowin’ so this will work. We think. We shall see. ---

Hi, Honeys, I’m HOME!!! Just under 14 hours start to finish, including a bunch of stops. Higgs and Taz were super crazy that we were home. Cleo was glad to get out of her crate - she’s locked in the blue bedroom for a couple of days. Ziva was out from under the bed, but when I went to the bedroom, she bolted. Back to normal. Lots of laundry for tomorrow, and I’ll start the day with a quick run to Food Lion - I need milk and cottage cheese and eggs and probably a few other things. With luck, I’ll beat the Saturday shopping crowd. _ **Happy MetalMouse Day!!!** _ Speaking of birthdays [grandmother mode] **RoxStar** was seen by her pediatrician and she’s doing very well. She’s regained almost every ounce she’d lost (No panic, it’s normal) and all her measurements put her solidly in the 50th percentile, so she’s extremely average in every respect! 😃 Time to wind down. I’m exhausted. So glad to be home!! ---

She’s wearing out her parents, tho. Apparently she only sleeps if she’s lying on Mommy or Daddy’s chest. They’re trying to convince her that the bed works, too… ---

Happy Birthday, Metal Mouse!!! Welcome home **(Grand)Mom**! Busy day. Went and had a hair or two cut, went to the grocery sto, went to the credit union, mowed the lawn. Showered, and am now fixing to cook a nice stir-fry. I had some leftover pork roast I wanted to use up and I have rice steaming even as I speak. When it’s about done I shall throw the pork and a bunch of veg in the big pan and go at it. 😃 Time to go at it. ---

Happy birthday metal mouse! May you make many more trips around the sun. Irked, grocery shopped, came home, then took Nelson to the dog park. We stayed for a while before I began to feel my BG drop like a rock, so we went to Fat Mo’s drive thru and came home for a feast. Thus endeth the productive part of my day. ---
