Well, you also have to define what you mean by cooling down “completely”. By the Third Law, it’ll never exactly get to the temperature of its environment, so you have to set some temperature that you can call “close enough”.
Close enough I guess should mean “if I were close to it and looking at it with my Mark I eyeballs, I wouldn’t see it glowing in the visible spectrum.” So something under 800K.
