AngelicGemma - Hello everyone! Guess where I am! You guessed it. With Nocturnal\_tick. Smallest dopefest ever! Yay! Well, I used to live with a Doper (in a roommatey, platonic way). Every day was the smallest Dopefest ever! Watching CSI, discussing baseball, going out to dinner, we carried a little Dopefest around with us all the time. ---

_The Official List Of Rules For Qualification For The Smallest DopeFest Ever (Edition 7)_, page 93, clearly states that > [@](#): > > 921.1 (a) No gathering of Dopers shall be considered as qualifying for the “Smallest Ever” Award unless advertised in MPSIMS at LEAST 7 (seven) calendar days in advance of said gathering, and open to all who wish to attend. > > 921.1 (b) At least two Dopers must be present for a minimum of 45 (fourty-five) minutes in a public place. > > 921.1 © At least 1 (one) Doper must travel no less than 50 miles from their legal home of residence (as established by government issued identification card or utility bill bearing name of attending Doper) I am afraid unless this meeting meets these three mandatory conditions, it does not qualify. Even if it does meet all three, it is merely a tie. The Board Search function cannot find it, but the MiamiDope of 2002 (?) was only two, as well. ---

Damn you **UncleBill** and your precise, organised and somewhat spontaneous but otherwise acceptable rules. Technically we had been planning to meet for like months. And since we’re at university both of us have travelled at least 50 miles to get here from our homes and we most definitely stayed out longer than 45 minutes. To recap: We went to the Shed, as stated, just in time for last rounds. Sat in a nice, comfy sofa and drank our VK ice (i think). Then we got kicked out for closing time so we wandered over to **Gem** ’s place on the way picking up a Doner Kebab and chips. Yum! :D. So from my place to **Gem** ’s with a drink and food on the way. Definitely longer than 45 minutes. And a definitely excellent time. You’re a fun gal, **Gemma** ---
