So what you’re saying is that because Sean Hannity lied about a protest chant, _every report of protestors chanting for dead cops_ must be false? Even the ones for which direct video evidence exists? ---

There are two separate “editing” allegations connected to this. [ol] [li]That a local Fox station played actual footage of a march in DC featuring a 3 line chant, and they claimed the third line was “kill a cop” when it actually went “till killer cops”. The “editing” appears to be that they omitted the fourth line of the chant (“are in cell blocks”). [If you ask me, it’s likely that the Fox people thought it said what they reported – these chants are frequently indistinct, and they played the actual footage on air – though I’ll grant they would probably have been more careful about confirming it if it was something that didn’t conform to their perspective on the issue.][/li][li]That Fox & Friends interspersed footage of a Sharpton rally in Washington with footage of the “Dead Cops” march in NYC, thus giving the impression that the “Dead Cops” was connected to Sharpton. [This one seems to have been deliberately misleading.][/li][/ol] None of this has anything to do with SH – his only connection to the matter here is that someone in this thread heard him discussing it - and AFAICT no one is claiming that the “Dead Cops” footage is in any way faked other than a few message board idiots. ---

Thus, any new video needs to have its authenticity demonstrated before being accepted as meaningful evidence. So far, so one has provided a cite for such a test for the other video. ---

I honestly did not think it would ever be possible but, I now know of person more vile than I could imagine. I suppose I should thank **Smapti**. You’ve set the bar so low that other horrible people actually seem savable. From now on every other piece of shit I encounter will have at least one person worse than them and I may just be able to have faith that they have an ounce of good in them. ---

Hey **Miller** , as long as you’re here, hypothetical question. Is there any way I can start a thread on the subject and _not_ have it polluted by this troll? I’d ask this in ATMB, but I figure it’s kind of against the rules to explicitly call someone out like this. Also, at what point do the rules on trolling apply? At what point is enough enough with this guy? Also, another question. Anyone know of a script for greasemonkey or something that will fade out posts of people who quote people you’ve ignored? I am just so sick of seeing this guy’s turds on my screen. ---
