Smapti thinks that distributing aid in a war zone doesn’t require any “special level of competence”:

I’m not sure if he actually believes what he is saying, or he’s just constitutionally incapable of accepting any fact that conflicts with his strange notions about the moral perfection of Israel and the IDF. Apparently it’s even stronger than his disdain for Trump and Trumpers (since those incompetent boobs failing to distribute needed aid were evangelical pals of Trump).
