It’s the style of photography and expected “look”. i knew a woman who, as an anniversary joke gift to her husband, went to a photographer who did historical styles. She went from a 7 to 4-5. ---

Does the president unilaterally decide when a new Air Force One is built? Or does the Air Force, Secret Service, whoever get together and decide it needs to be replaced and Congress approves the funds? I haven’t the foggiest idea if $4B is a reasonable cost, or even if that _is_ what it costs. The $4B number may have come from the same place most of Trump’s facts and figures come from. Also, I wonder if Trump plans to announce all his decisions via Twitter. ---

From [Business Insider](http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-misleading-tweet-new-air-force-one-price-2016-12), the cost of the program is $3.2B, for two aircraft, spread out over a decade. It’s not clear to me whether that includes operating costs over that time.
