Vinegar. The smell makes me so ill I have to leave the room. On the other hand, I kinda like the smells of skunk and fresh paint—so please use either of THOSE on your salad if you visit me. ---

Hazelnut coffee. I don’t drink coffee at all, but I like how regular coffee smells. Hazelnut on the other hand… Apple spice air freshener. It doesn’t matter what company makes it, but if I smell it my stomach turns. I know it’s supposed to be a “festive” holiday smell but all it brings to mind personally is dry heaves. ---

Oh, **Greeny** , I agree. All those nasty things people use to make themselves smell “better” drive my nose crazy. I was in this New Age Shop once, adn all the dreadful smells actually started closing up my lungs. I had coughing fits and everything. And I’m not asthmatic. (sp?) F’neh! ---

Any flavored coffee. Used to like it, now it makes me gag. What happened??! 😕 Also microwaved popcorn. Not the smell in the bag (mmmm, popcorn!) but the leftover pungent stink in the room that permeates every pore. Evil stuff! :mad: ---

I hate the smell of wood smoke. HATE it. In winter, when everyone is using their fireplaces, if I’m walking and the wind is blowing the wood smoke smell at me, it almost makes me retch. I also hate the smell of toast. ---

Coffee. I mean, yuck. Smells like boiled sweatsocks to me, no matter the brand. The worst, though, is celery. I swear, I can’t understand why people eat the stuff- for me, it’s the culinary equivalent of someone running their fingernails down a blackboard. I literally get that spine shiver every time I smell it. ---

Vanilla scented air fresheners, especially the Little Trees brand. I rode in a vanpool and the driver insisted on a new one every other week. PU. Sauerkraut. Sickening to me. Double PU. ---

The smell of cooking meat is one of my favorites (particularly frying pork or grilling beef). I remembered what the other one I was trying to recall when I was smacked in the nose with it last night: Rain! I loathe the smell that you get right when it starts raining and right after it finishes. It smells like damp dirt and makes me want to gag. ---
