We know they’re missing. They’ve been AWOL for weeks now, and have spawned at least three threads (and this one) because they didn’t fill out a proper notification before they beedled off.
It’s part of the upgrade still to be worked out, if it can be.

Can’t they just copy the old Smiley .gifs back over to the current smiley directory and import them in Vbulletin?
