No. What you can do is purchase a mechanism that will ‘field clean’ your cigarette and contain said toxins in a hazmat approved apparatus. I believe one was linked to in this thread. ---

The worst offender of this type I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience was male and college-aged. He was on my university campus, and \*a full half-block \*in front of me when I first smelled him. It only got worse as I got closer, until I was forced to theorize that he had \*literally bathed \*in cologne. My seventh grade teacher was pretty bad that way, too. I bought a portable ashtray when I was living in Japan. (Pretty much just a little pouch lined with something non-flammable.) No clue if you can get them here, but I still have mine somewhere, even tho I don’t smoke anymore. And IME, snuffed butts, when you’ve shredded the ends off against the ground or a pole or something, don’t reek nearly as bad as a started cigarette you’ve snuffed and are saving as a relight for later, which I think was what the person in question was bitching about. ---
