Oh yeah, just wanted to add: I wake up, take a pee and go out for a smoke immediately. Usually have two smokes in a 20 minute span before leaving for work. Also want to add: DO NOT SMOKE. IT IS FUCKING STUPID. ---

Wild ass guess : Each time I tried to quit smoking, the craving increased progressively to peak around the 3rd day. The need to smoke the first day was quite mild. I think that after only 8 hours, you aren’t yet in withdrawal mode. Hence that your need to smoke is at this point mostly psychological : you have thought about smoking, again and over again during the 8 hours, and couldn’t for some reason, so you really want to smoke one now. And obviously, it didn’t happen while you were sleeping. ---

He just went up several notches in my estimation. ---
