Looks to me like the question in the OP is just, “Are there any shoe companies with factories only in the USA?”
The answer to that would seem to be, “Yes–New Balance, although they do use some components that are manufactured overseas.” Look at the FTC link.

But not all of their shoes are manufactured in the USA. They list those that are here , but this list does not include the whole NB lineup. In fact, this article from the February/March 2001 issue of MIT’s Boston Review says:

New Balance promotes an image of itself as “committed to U.S. manufacturing,” but it’s imports from China increased over 37% in 1998. And they have increased the number of low-wage, no-benefit temp workers at its distribution center almost ten fold. Massachusetts New Balance workers voted to be represented by UNITE! last spring and are now fighting for a fair first contract.
