At one point, the lawyers are gettin’ snippy with each other and one of them objects to something the other one said. I turned to my fellow _Practice_oners and said, “your honor! Objection - smartassed!”

Also, the client in this episode has the last name Ellison. and they have a daughter named Allison. WTF? “Allison Ellison”? You’d think David Kelley would have changed that so as not to pull the mental focus of EVERYONE IN THE COUNTRY WHO WAS WATCHING…

And wasn’t the new D.A. in that movie _Office Space_?
