I’m a big SNL fan and defender and find a lot of what they put on the show lately is really funny and smart. It works for me. That said, this is pretty rough. SNL cold opens, for some reason, are never very sharp. I think they’re usually one of the last things written each week. ---

A few decent jokes, but mostly bland. As I said in another thread, what they really need to do is a Rubio/Cruz stand-off with _Quien Es Mas Cubano_?
