Another vote for Blizzaks mounted on separate rims. I change them out myself and they’ve lasted well for several (6-month long) winter seasons. Traction is excellent, and they are much less noisy than the studded tires I used to run.
The noise is the main reason I’m not going with studded tires this time. Lots of great reviews here, ice racing is especially impressive. 
I have never seen Nokians. I would like to try them. I won’t be making the actual purchase until my bank account recovers from Christmas, probably the second week of January so I should be able to find a Nokian dealer around here by then.
