# Snowflakes

Snowflakes

Why are no two snowflakes the same? According to the laws of geometrics, all snowflakes should be the same in crystallization in which you get one flake like \>|\<, then most should look like \>|\< or similar in shape and texture.

If this is true, why do we say “No two snowflakes are the same”? Can we just not keep one long enough to find another exactly like it?

Thanks Ice Wolf.  
I would have never figured out whare to look for something of this magnitude and I wanted to give my science teacher a reason why no two snowflakes are alike.
