I think the name is funny in a Queery-McQueer-Queer sort of way. Over the top, as it were. Boy, what a humorless bunch we have here. BTW, the objection about linking pedophilia and homosexuality … does that hold when the victim is a boy? I’m thinking not! ---

Wow. This strikes me as an overly harsh pile-on. I interpreted this as a Did-you-notice? type thing and not much more. Along similar lines, until it was mentioned in the weekly Washington Post humor contest, I never made a connection between the name Pujols with, well… “poo holes”.
