I used to have a black cat named Loki. It annoyed me that everyone thought his name was Lucky. The secretary at the vet even wrote that on his chart and I had to have them change it. ---

Getting kittens from pet rescue is one of those good things that if you do them you win extra points for Heaven. ---

Believe it or not, I took that about two hours after bringing him home. I do feel lucky, because of all the cats I’ve had in my life (and I’ve had a bunch), Loki has the best personality. If I bring someone over, he’ll walk right up and introduce himself. He loves everyone, and everyone loves him. Now, if I could just get him to stop trying to eat my plants… ---
