I’ll bring some wine, I can do that. I also will be bringing some polenta with broccoli. I also have a card game that I’ll bring with just in case anyone wants to play some cards. I am soooo excited. My boss is in town Thursday and Friday. I just know I’ll feel like I deserve a big night out with some wine, wine is always good! ---

Salad. I do believe I can handle making a salad, except I don’t have a big salad bowl. What I can do is pack everything in big Ziploc baggies and mix it all at your place, Jen. How’s that sound? 🙂 Any sort of dressings people prefer? Should I just get a variety? ---

Not to sound like everyone’s mother, but why are discussing booze if this is supposed to be a quieter-type potluck? Or am I an ass for bringing this up? I missed out on my chance to nab a 30% off train fare, so I’m still sitting on the fence on coming or not. I’ll make one of these dramatic, last-minute decisions, probably. ---

Just a reminder, anyone that is planning on crashing _chez_ Nym is hereby invited, nay, begged, to bring a sleeping bag, blankie, pillow or whatever might soothe your weary person. There will be plenty of (carpeted) floor space, the air mattress for two and a couch for one, but with the headcount I’m coming up with, my two spare sets of sheets and one extra pillow may get stretched thin. I know we all love each other, but I’m afeared of letting anyone down in my hostess capacity. ---
