Yup. My friend Joey swiped a couple of his dad’s magazines and they were stashed in the large wooded area that the house next door had instead of a yard. We had every confidence that the neighbor wouldn’t find the trove, because he was in jail for murder at the time. –Cliffy ---

Nope, but I found an issue of Hustler in the ditch across from my house when I was 15 or so. Being a straight (and at the time extremely sheltered) female, it provided about five minutes of gross-out entertainment value before I threw it in the burning barrel. ---

I wasn’t responsible for it—although I think my friend was— but in my old neighbourhood, there was a porn “stash” (no more than half a dozen mags) tucked underneath an old cube van that used to be used by a trucking company. ---

Yes, a few times in the mid/late 70s. There was a hill in the woods near where I lived that I’d heard others refer to as Playboy Hill. The Scud Mountain Boys even have song about it, “Penthouse in the Woods”: _We were a marked type We found a penthouse in the woods The garbage bag airtight I only wish I could forget The glossy imperfection Seemed to take my grip away_ ---

Not in the woods, but did discover a random stash of porn once. I was probably 5 or 6 years old. Found about 20+ Playboy mags underneath the sink in the public rec room of the apartment complex in the marina where I lived. Let’s just say… I understood quite well what I was looking at, just didn’t understand what to do with them. ---

There was a park in Mississippi (late 70s) that had a rarely used pavilion, and it was home to a porn stash. Everybody in school knew about it–sometimes the old issues would be replaced by new ones. Guess it was the honor system. I had no idea this happened anywhere else! ---

The fence between the Junior High School and the shopping center next door had a row of trees next to it. And there I found both hard-core porn magazines (some Color Climax and Swedish Erotica) as well as the now-extinct “dirty books” from Beeline and others. I had grown up with Playboy, which just featured nude women - spending summers at a nudist camp had rendered me fairly blase about simple nudity. But this detailed exactly how the various parts could fit together. Much more educational than anything I learned in the school. ---

Yes, we had woods porn. What’s more, one of the magazines in our collection contained a pictorial of a young woman who bore a striking resemblance to a young lady who attended my church. And the setting in which the pictures were taken was a local amusement park. :eek: ---

There was a small patch of woods at the end of my street where the kids in the neighborhood used to play. I do remember finding magazines in there. I also found some magazines at the swimming hole a couple towns over that we used to ride our bikes to. And I think both instances included pictures of women peeing.
