Buy a down comforter. Or a down vest. You should be able to get a decent one for $50. I’m cold from October to April. I’ve found anything made with down always warms me up. ---

Collect some old computers from somewhere and set up a folding cluster. It’ll warm up your room and cure cancer at the same time. ---

I guess I was closer than I thought, but I covered this in my [extremely basic](http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/0072509775/information_center_view0/), calculus-free, watered-down intro Physics class last semester. Or, as one of my science major friends says, “Physics for Non-Believers”. Anyway, it was covered. ---
