It was hopefully better than mine. On Tuesday I had about 700 lbs of steel fall on my legs. Now I have to go through all the workers comp. b.s. The workers comp. doctor did some x-rays and might have looked at my knee and ankle for about 2 minutes. Then they tried to send me back to work the next day. HELLO, I can’t even drive here. If it wasn’t for my normal doctor I’d have had to go back. Now I’m layed up on crutches and ain’t worth a crap. My wife has double duty, keeping up the house, me, and the kids. The only thing that seems to be looking up is we got a call about a house and now it looks like we are moving at the end of the month. It sucks cause I can’t do any of the painting, etc… Sorry that was kind of a rant…The damn pain medicine doesn’t help either. ---

700 pounds of steel? You should change your name to Superman. Sounds very painful. I had one experience with workmans comp doctors. Same thing, he said I was fine, go back to work. I went to see my regular doctor. I got crutches and traded my stick shift car with a relative for an automatic so I could limp back to work. My week? I got 2nd opinion regarding my stomach pain on Tuesday. I ate radio active? oatmeal on Wednesday. Thursday they knocked me out and looked in my stomach and took out a bit for biopsy. Doctor saw and diagnosed gastritis. Biopsy is to look for parasite, will know this week about that. Friday I had chicken fried rice and that made everything seem better.
