Oh, you mean the rain that wasn’t supposed to happen? In July, they said it wasn’t going to be El Nino. Then, around fall, they changed their minds. Some media sites in July did go with the news that it was coming back because of one scientist. I always forget his name, but he seems more spot on about the future weather seasonal conditions than the media.
